After the resignation of some of the Satyam Directors, forced many of its employees to think about new jobs and they already started looking into it. One of my friend who works in satyam, I called him last night to have a words on this. Even he confirmed that most of people already started updating their resumes and uploading in job sites. Just for confirmation I called another friend who works for recruitment team (HR),even he told he already started seeing most of the satyam employees resume, though satyam’s chairman Ramalinga Raju has requested the employees to stay in the firm till everything back to the normal.

I think people should not become panic as Ramalinga Raju cleared told on Tuesday saying Even "wild speculation and unchecked rumours" regarding the Maytas' deal. So what I suggest is instead of looking out for a job, one must come up with new ideas/ innovation to stay firm despite of recession and everyone has to work towards the organizational goals :).
